1. terms of payment
We offer the following payment options:
1.1 By advance payment by bank transfer.
We will inform you of our bank details by e-mail. When transferring the invoice amount, please state your full name and the order number as the purpose of payment. The invoice amount is due immediately after receipt of the bank details.
1.2 Payment services via Mollie B.V.
We use the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Mollie"), in our online store for the processing of some payment types. Mollie is a payment service provider approved by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
We currently offer the following payment methods through Mollie:
> Payment via SOFORT Banking
The SOFORT Banking payment method allows you to pay by instant bank transfer without having to set up an account. You use your own online banking data to log in to the SOFORT Banking online banking environment. The invoice amount will then be collected directly from your bank account.
> Payment by credit card
The following credit cards can be used for this payment method: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. You only need to enter your personal credit card information in the corresponding fields of the online form and confirm the payment.
> Payment by Klarna Invoice ("Pay later")
Klarna Invoice is a payment method of the Swedish company Klarna. You With the payment method Klarna Invoice "Pay Later" you can pay your invoice within 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods.
1.3 Payment by PayPal PLUS direct debit and credit card (PayPal account not required).
> Payment by direct debit (PayPal PLUS)
With the confirmation of the payment instruction you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit. Further information and the General Terms and Conditions of PayPal can be found here.
> Payment by credit card (PayPal PLUS)
When selecting the credit card payment method, a PayPal account is not required and does not need to be opened. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club. Your credit card information is encrypted and securely transmitted to PayPal. For payment by credit card you need the 16-digit card number, the validity period of the credit card and the check digit.
The payment processing is carried out immediately after the confirmation of the payment instruction and your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at the request of PayPal. The card settlement is carried out by PayPal.
> Purchase on account (PayPal PLUS)
After completing your order, you will be redirected in encrypted form to an external page of our payment service provider PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and does not need to be opened. The maximum invoice amount is limited to EUR 1,500.00.
After selecting the payment method purchase on account, PayPal performs a risk check in real time (obtaining credit information). If the credit check is negative, this payment method is not available.
We assign our claim from the purchase contract when selecting the payment method purchase on account to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

1.4 Payment by PayPal debit or credit card (PayPal account required)
After completing your order, you will be redirected to an external page of our payment service provider PayPal encrypted. To use the payment method PayPal direct debit or credit card, you need a PayPal account. You log in to PayPal with your access data or open a new PayPal account and confirm the payment instruction for the invoice amount. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay.
There are no additional costs for this payment method, except for exchange rate fees if the payment is made in a currency other than EUR or if your credit card company charges additional fees.
1.5 Payment with Amazon Pay (Amazon account required).
With Amazon Pay, you can conveniently pay with your payment and address information stored at Amazon. To pay with Amazon Pay, you need an Amazon account. If you do not have an Amazon account, a corresponding account can be opened during the ordering process. To initiate the payment process, please click on the "Amazon Pay" button. After successfully logging in to Amazon, you will have the option to customize your payment and address information and complete the order. The payment process with Amazon Pay is fast, easy and secure. You do not need a guest or customer account with us. The payment process runs entirely through Amazon. You do not have to provide any address or payment information, and no sensitive data is transmitted to us. You will not incur any additional costs by purchasing via Amazon Pay.
1.6 Redemption of promotional coupons (voucher)
We issue promotional coupons with a predetermined validity period as part of promotional activities. Our promotional coupons can only be redeemed during the specified period and only once as part of an order process. We reserve the right to link the possibility of redeeming promotional coupons to a minimum order value.
The value of the order must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional coupon. A difference to a higher value of goods can be compensated with the payment options offered by us. The value of a promotional coupon cannot be paid out in cash. The value of the promotional coupon will also not be refunded if the ordered goods are returned in whole or in part.
Promotional coupons can be redeemed only before the completion of an order transaction. A subsequent crediting is unfortunately not possible. The promotion coupon cannot be transferred to third parties. Several promotional coupons cannot be combined with each other, unless we have agreed otherwise.
If you have redeemed a promotion coupon and return goods within the legal right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the goods you did not return. This only applies if the value of the order, after deduction of the returned goods, falls below or equals the respective value of the promotional coupon/minimum order value.
